Kyle established the Sun Valley Appraisal Company in 1996 and has been appraising in the Wood River Valley since 1991. His work experience includes appraisal and consultation work on all types of residential and commercial properties in Blaine County, Idaho. Kathy graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA with a BS in Business Administration in 1983. She started her appraisal career in 1984 and has worked in Alaska, California and in Idaho for the last 20 years. She has been an Idaho Certified Residential appraiser since licensing inception in 1991 and specializes in all types of residential appraising. Her knowledge of the local Ketchum/Sun Valley market makes her a tremendous asset to Sun Valley appraisal. Other interests include mountain biking, triathlons and cross country skiing.
William A. McCann MAI

William has lived in the Sun Valley area for over 20 years and is Sun Valley Appraisal's commercial specialist. He holds the professional designation of MAI in the Appraisal Institute and has been engaged exclusively in the profession of real estate appraising and consulting since 1958. Appraisal assignments in the Wood River Valley have included commercial, residential, light industrial, vacant land, equestrian, hospital, religious, restaurant and automotive facilities. In addition, Bill has extensive experience as an expert witness and has testified at the request of government agencies, individuals, developers, institutions, and attorneys.

Bill McCann has been engaged in appraising various types of commercial and special purpose properties since 1998. He gained his appraisal experience working as an appraiser for William A. McCann & Associates, Inc. in Chicago and joined the Sun Valley Appraisal Company in 2006. Appraisal assignments completed in Idaho include residential, office, retail, mixed-use, light industrial, subdivision analysis, conservation easements, impact studies, ranches and agricultural properties, golf course, and other varied property types. After graduating from Wood River High School, Bill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from DePaul University and a Masters of Public Affairs degree in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management from the University of Indiana. His real estate education includes over 300 hours of appraisal related coursework and seminars. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Sven graduated from the University of Oregon in 1995 with a BS degree in Management and Decision Sciences. He has worked with Sun Valley Appraisal since 1998 and has extensive residential, new construction, condominium, and vacant land appraisal experience. His market knowledge of the mid and lower Wood River Valley allows Sun Valley Appraisal to provide accurate and reliable appraisal products for this geographic area.
